Twenty-two situations, two ways to act in each. Pick the one closer to what you would actually do — not what sounds best.

It takes about five minutes and produces a profile on the same eleven axes as the measured assistants, which you can then place beside them. It is self-report, not observed behavior, and the result says so plainly wherever it appears.

These situations are written for this page. The measurement bank itself stays unpublished — putting it on the open web would let future models memorise it and quietly ruin the instrument.
