Twenty-two situations, two ways to act in each. Pick the one closer to what you would actually do — not what sounds best.
It takes about five minutes and produces a profile on the same eleven dimensions as the measured assistants, which you can then place beside them. It records what you say you would do rather than what you were observed doing, and the result says so wherever it appears.
These situations are written for this page. The measurement bank itself stays unpublished — putting it on the open web would let future models memorise it and quietly ruin the instrument.
